GRUENSFELD. A SICCO Glove Box, made by BOHLENDER in Gruensfeld, was used in „Tatort“ thriller „Gier“ („Avidity“) on Sunday, 7th June 2015.
Well in advance of the production of the "Tatort" in Vienna with actor Harald Krassnitzer, we received an enquiry from a film production company in Austria for a Glove Box. They wanted to use it for their movie "Tatort". We were pleased to provide them the requested product and were happy to see "our" glove box on TV last Sunday evening.
SICCO Glove Boxes allows safe working with sensitive substances. This is why they examined the capability of different protective clothing for the contact with hydrofluoric acid. In the current case, the investigators in Vienna had to find out why the protective clothing of the dead person failed and why she died of the skin burns through the hydrofluoric acid.
