The orangery of the former abbey of Bronnbach was a dignified atmosphere for the year-end ceremony of Bohlender GmbH.
"Despite the global financial crisis, we can be proud of the achievements" said managing director Volker Bohlender during his speech to the employees. He thanked all his employees for the exceptional work and emphasised that there is no need to worry about the future. Furthermore, Mr. Bohlender talked about the future focussing on the tradename "BOLA" which is better comprehensible all over the world. After a further summary of the past year, Mr. Bohlender made a forecast to the coming year. In May 2009, Bohlender GmbH will participate at ACHEMA, the world’s biggest exhibition for laboratories taking place in Frankfurt. In September, Bohlender GmbH will celebrate its 50th anniversary. As every year, Mr. Bohlender could again honour long-term employees. Mr. Rainer Schörösch was honoured for 20 years, and Mr. Ernst Schweitzer for 25 years of membership.
